History:

The city palace in Jaipur is the throne of the king of the Rajput dynasty of Jaipur. The palace complex was started by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh ll, who ruled from 1699 to 1744 on amber. The compound is spread over several acres. They had earlier ordered the construction of the outer wall of the premises. Construction was started in 1729 and it took three years to complete it. The palace was completely constructed in 1732.

The Amer Fort is also one of the Jaipur tourist places to visit. Amer Fort of Jaipur built by Hindu-Rajputana architectural style is one of the largest forts in Rajasthan, which is located about 11 km away from Jaipur on the hills of Aravali. Amer has earlier lived in the capital of Suryavansi kachhavads, which constructed by a tribe called minas. Rajasthan’s biggest Amer fort was built in the 16th century by king Mansingh First. Nahargarh fort is one of the most famous forts in Jaipur tourist places, Where the tourists keep coming. The fort, however, is considered as there have been many activities that have resulted in its being called the haunted place. The Nahargarh Fort was built in 1734 between the Aravalli hills and near Jaipur Nahargarh fort built by Raja Jai Singh. This fort was, used as a palace in the summer. The best part of the fort is that it has never been, attacked in its long history. However, this fort has been the venue of historical events like the signing of treaties with the Maratha forces in the 18th century. This fort is, also known to give shelter to many European people during the soldier mutiny of 1857. In the year 1868, when Raja Sawai Ram Singh made a category of the castle inside the Nahargarh Fort, the palace had passed through the restoration.

The architecture of Nahargarh:

Nahargarh is a beautiful Indo-European Architecture, which has a collection of many beautiful structures. When we enter the fort by an entry called “Talegit” of this fort and you will find a temple of your left side, which is dedicated to Jaipur rulers. In this fort premises, there is one more temple, which dedicated to Rathore Prince and you would see a “Madhvendra Bhavan” constructed by Sawai Madho Singh on a campus. The structure of the fort is a two-story edifice built for the king and his twelve queens. This fort is, divided into nine equal apartments and each consists of a lobby, bedroom, toilet, kitchen, and store. Apart from these, there is the Diwan – E – Aam in other attractions of the palace where the kings used to meet their people and listen to their problems grievances.

History:

Jaigarh Fort is a magnificent structure at the top of the hills of “Cheel Ka Teela” in the pink city of Rajasthan. In the Amer City, Amer Fort and Jaigarh fort are located and where has been ruled by the Kachawas from the beginning of the 10th century. During the Mughal Empire, the jaigarh fort became the chief gun foundry of his empire and was also used as a storage bastion for storing war ammunition and other metal.

The gun-post was, protected at the jaigarh fort after being broken into the Mughal Empire in 1658. Unless the defender, Dara shikoh defeated and killed by his own brother Aurangzeb. The fort was later handed over to Jai Singh ll and was, moulded into the great ‘Jaiwan Canon’, while using the equipment and casting inside the fort. This fort is, guided by thick walls of sandstone with some special architectural features like Lalit temple, Vilas temple, Laxmi Vilas, and Aram temple. Along with this, Ram Harihar Temple made in the 10th century and Bhairav Temple made in the 12th century also increases the attraction of this temple. The biggest attraction of this fort is the world’s biggest cannon on wheels known as ‘Jaiwana Cannon’ and giant palace cannon. Apart from this, there is a museum and a garden in this fort. The red sandstone walls of jaigarh fort are, spread over a length of 3 km, the width is about one kilometer. The courtroom and hall are decorated with splendid Windows and here a central watchtower, watch the landscape around. History:

Hawa Mahal was a Jaipur tourist place, built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. The building was, by the khetri palace built by Maharaja Bhupal Singh in jhunjhunu town of Rajasthan. Lal Chand Ustad designed it as a Crown of Hindu Lord Krishna. Honeybees of equal size beyond this five-floor occupy the building and the palace has 953 small Windows called Zarokha, and these springs are decorated with fine art. The building is majestic and unparalleled. As the name suggests, it is a palace where a variety of interior decoration is to be seen. This palace is, made at the edge of the city palace.

The architecture of Hawa Mahal:

The palace is, built with red and pink sandstone. It is a five-story building. It is 50 feet (15m) high and the front of the palace opens towards the road. There are several small Windows. It is referred to as Hawa Mahal because the wind moves from outside to inside through these Windows. These small windows are made of sandstone. In this, there are nets, spines, and domes. Because of these attractive carvings, the Windows look beautiful.

Hawa Mahal has many windows octagonal and makes it beautiful. There is no direct entry in the Hawa Mahal. You can enter the palace on the right and on the left side of the road. In Hawa Mahal’s architecture, one can see a unique mixture of Hindu Rajput craft and Mughal style architecture. In this, the arch is, made for carving the Mughal style. Along with this, the dome in the Rajput craft and flowers are, made with attractive work of leaves and huge posts.

Jal Mahal –

300 years ago the Maharaja of Amer built this palace in 1799. There was a special reason behind the construction of Jal Mahal with which very few people are familiar. In the 15th century, when the area became famine, the Amer ruler decided to build Dams to collect water from the Amer and Amgarh mountains and to prepare three internal doors inside the water for drainage and Manager lake.

The architecture of Jal mahal:-

The beauty of this lake was the Centre of attraction of the Kings of that time and Kings often boat-sited it. King Sawai Jai Singh decided to build a palace in the middle of the lake so that he could have a royal bath with his queen and pandits in the middle of the lake after Ashvamedha Yaghya was done. In the middle of Lake, Jai Mahal is a five-floor Building with built-in water that four floors are in water and one floor is over water.

Jantar Mantar is a confirmation of the design splendor and galactic advancements of the Rajput era. This Observatory built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II – the originator of Jaipur city, the monument was finished in 1734. This Jantar Mantar is one of the five astronomical complexes, which was constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh ll. There are advanced instruments in Jantar Mantar, which were useful for predicting eclipses, the location of stars, and the exact orbiting movements of the earth around the sun. 

In the observatory, there are nineteen instruments for Predicting eclipses, measuring time, tracking the area of significant stars as the earth orbits around the sun, etc. In these instruments, Chakra Yantra, Dikshit Bhitti Yantra, Digamsha Yantra, Disha Yantra, Dhruva Darshak Yantra, Jai Prakash Yantra, Kapali Yantra, Kanali Yantra Kranti Vritta Yantra, Laghu Samrat Yantra, Misra Yantra, Nadi Valaya Yantra, Palbha Yantra, Rama Yantra, Rashi Valaya Yantra, Shashtansh Yantra, Unnatamsa Yantra, Vrihat Samrat Yantra and Yantra Raj Yantra are present. The Centrepiece of the complex is Samrat Yantra (the Giant Sundial) and this is the world’s tallest sundial. Its height is 27 meters and 6 cm per minute speed of shadow movement. The name ‘Jantar Mantar’ comes from the Hindi words yantra meaning instrument and mandir means temple.

History:

The history of Jaipur is said to be around 150 years old. The foundation of which was said on the visit of Prince of Wales Albert Edward to Jaipur on February 6, 1876. I was not sure how the building would be used. In 1880 a temporary collection of museums was created 1881 to showcase the products of the local artisans, at the suggestion of Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh ii. Albert Hall was completed in 1887 by the director of Jaipur PWD,  Samuel Swinton Jacob. The temporary museum, the works of which were collected from many parts of India and its neighbors were transferred to the new museum. It was intended in the beginning to build a town hall but was designed to become a museum by Madho Singh ll.

The architecture of Albert Hall Museum:-

The Albert Hall Museum building is a good example of Indo – Saracenic architecture. The corridor of which were decorated with frescoes in a variety of styles and European, Egyptian, Chinese, Greek and Indian civilizations have also been depicted and here is a collection of puranic objects and artifacts in the galleries of the museums from the past, Were ancient coins, marble art, pottery, carpets, and mummies are kept. Albert Hall Museum is also known as the central government museum, which is the oldest collection of the state. 

Birla Mandir –

Birla temple is a Jaipur temple, which is a part of many Birla temples situated in India. The Birla temple is also known as the “Lakshmi Narayan Temple” which is located on the Moti Dungri hill. Birla built the Birla temple of Jaipur in 1988 when the maharaja of Jaipur handed over a token amount of Rs 1 token of land. This temple is built with white marble. You can see the combination of ancient Hindu architectural style and modern design in the structure of Birla Mandir. The walls of the temple are decorated with elaborate carvings of gods and goddesses, Puranas and Upanishads. This temple also finds images of historical achievers and spiritual saints like Socrates, Christ, Buddha, Confucius. It is reported that sant Galav spent his whole life in this holy place for a hundred years, performing penance. Delighted at his devotion, the Lord appeared before him and blessed his holy place with the sacred water. Let me tell you that to pay homage to the sant or the sage a Galtaji temple was built and this was named after him. It is also said that in this place Tulsidas had written the holy Ramcharitramanas section. This temple is also known as the Monkey temple. There are a lot of monkeys in the area, so keep your belonging safe.

Architecture Of Galtaji Temple:-

The Galtaji temple is located in the Aravalli hills and surrounded by high–yielding trees and shrubs. The temple is decorated with painted walls, round roofs, and pillars.
