When the rainy season begins, many people start wandering and the green hill marks the nomadic congregations. Then the trekking plan begins but there are a few things to keep in mind when it comes to trekking. That is as follows

  • If you are going trekking, do body stretching and other leg exercises every day. Also, set aside at least 30 minutes a day for walking.
  • Cut your toenails properly before going on the trek. Extended nail and shoe friction can cause a lot of pain in the fingers.
  • The most important thing during the trek is to take care of the feet. So wear trekking or sport shoes for better grip.
  • If you don’t know the whole way to the trek, it is always better for a local person along. Don’t dare to look or find a path yourself.
  • Avoid difficult paths as a thrill while looking easy in front.
  • Many people have a habit of bending down in the valley when they reach a cliff. However, accidents can occur due to the unpredictability of mountain height, fog, slippery ground, and strong winds.

This is all about instruction and that’s what you need to follow and now we are starting our trek points.
